When we first contacted C1 we had been experiencing issues with our SIP Trunks and the initial IP PBX system. Through a collaborative effort involving our IT Department, a new telephone platform had been installed retaining our previously purchased telephone sets. We now enjoy a suite of new features, enhanced mobility and no longer experience any issues with our telephone lines. More importantly, it was a smooth transformation!
The Municipality of Dutton-Dunwich had decided to unify its communication systems and create a single fiber network with greater capacity for both data and voice. This would allow distinct municipal buildings to operate onto one integrated system above all else! C1 had assisted in the creation of the voice platform spanning across several buildings and converting our traditional telecom connections into the newer VoIP systems. Thus with expanded capacity, this enhanced our inter-office communication and reduced our telecom bills by 50%. A true success story for all parties involved!
